I think this site is more likely to make money off of EA sports and advertising their games all over the world instead of cooping with the fifa fans and trying to make this game better.Next year I have decided not to buy the fifa games anymore this was the last chance I gave them.

Although Matt is the founder of this site he has been away for too
long and doesnt help us with cooparating with EA sports.

Im not talking about some stupid EA chat.

As you can see I am a great football fan and am a football player
and used to enjoy football games on the pc.

When I had first joined this site I had thought that these forums would take effect in EAs damn Fifa series but nothing has actually turned out only some damn graphic.

And if your under 20 dont reply to this thread I dont want to hear any of your thoughts bribing this game.ive played almost every
football game on this damn planet and I know what football is.

no but usually little boys are more likely to be involved with Eas damn graphic editing and **** like that and making EA make alots of money off of them which is something EA Fifa series do not deserve at all.EAs new staff are totally stupid and Im sure telling their kids not to play fifa games.Its nothing against you kids but was sure one of you would drop in and start screaming ohhh wooow how beautiful this game is.Its CRAPPPP.

its interesting you say that, I know matt has always welcomed comments about his site in ways to make it better. However, this site is the largest, EA do come here atleast 2-3 times a day to the best of my knowledge.

Matt, and a few other major Soccer Gaming sites (in general) have met with EA too, so I think Soccer Gaming must have an influence on what EA produces.

I actually don't think it is all that bad. Yes, I can see many many many places that they can improved. But it IS a vast improvement from the abysmal FIFA 2002. Although many more improvements must still be made to make this game upto scratch.

Gameplay-wise, I have to agree that it's a bit of a pin-ball game. And the AI is still not very intelligent.

Graphics (I know you don't want to talk about), but EA has created very good graphics structures, and it takes a lot of good 3D modelling to do so. And in my opinion, graphics-wise EA are one of the leaders in the world.

I will totally agree with you, if you are saying this about FIFA 2001 and FIFA 2002, because they were laughable. But FIFA 2003, I can only partially agree with you.

Secondly, im pretty offended by this under 20 crap. Im 18, ive been playing soccer games since Super Soccer back on the SNES (i still play and enjoy that) and I dare say that some ppl under 20 can add something worthwhile to this conversation.

Also, telling sites to get over it... uh uh. Each to his own buddy, just because you dont like the game doesnt mean someone else has to dislike it.

honestly, does it really bother people here what people they have never met have said ? seriously, like it matters in the "real world". this is the internet, we will never meet eachotehr and ****, and those of u that act big and bad are probably just insecure, so what, u can be waht u want, i'm really sick of everybody trying to identify everyone as if they know who they are and what "type" they fit under, its really pathetic. its just a game for crying out loud, andi agree that fifa has improved drastically from fifa2002. no doubt about that. EA cannot please everyone, there are no PERFECT companies, we all know that, none. there is a flaw in everything, u knwo why? because we are all human beings! human beings making a computer game, make mistakes, then other peple (editors) fix the mistake, so in my opinion we should be happy there are some bugs, some of notice them and some of us don't, but when u really get down and dirty on it, it helps out everyone, hence a community. lets just stop bashing eachother, lay low on the machoism for a bit for crying out loud...thats my 2cents worth...

Something else to consider... the FIFA 2003 we play today is nothing like what we will play in one month or three. With the talented people around the world who can make things like FifaFX and the Raptor utilities, they can make the game much more than what EA built. EA don't listen, that's true, but we don't really need them to listen as long as we have people like BolzerMike, Ariel, Teuv, RealPete, and the others. And now that they have the .o editing tool, it will only be a few weeks before we see some new stadia and hopefully BolzerMike is figuring out how to do the FifaFX work as well.

I thought Lukas said recently there probably wont be a fifafx this year as Mikes to busy with work and the raptors have made some of his stuff redundant but ofcourse this is just a rumour but people who worked on the editors last year Chau and fifatourch i think arent doing anything this year also.

Well yes its only a game but you get pissed when you know they can do better but they dont thats called cheating us consumers and great fans of soccer.

Fifa 2003 aint a good game its not better than its previous versions the graphics make it look like that.

i dont have anything to EAs other games they were all wonderful

nhl nfl etc they were great and improving every year fifa is going backwards the transfer system and other stuff like player lock mode franchise mode should had been implemented years ago
but we still get a show off game.

And heres another point I wouldnt want my kid to grow up with games like that he might try to tackle the ball some day while playing football like in Fifa ohhh my I dont want to even think about it.

And this editing stuff is crap too.Get a complete game.What I see is people are more likley to be involved with editing rather than playing the game it self thats a major problem.In the older Amiga days we gamers only played the games they were beautiful and fun.
