Not to be harsh or anything thing but I smell a photoshop n00b.

The cutting of Henry is good, opacity on Arsenal badge is a no-no and your backgrounds are typical n00b ones.

I never make the backgrounds for my sigs in photoshop, but thats a bit more advanced, go to tutorial sites and spend a while doing tutorials to expand your knowledge of the program

the cropping of ronaldo is not that great.. especially his cheeks. but i say if you work on that your getting better, the background is better too.
