and about the problem, download FIFA File Explorer, open it, now search and open backgroundfifa.big(FIFA 13\Game\data\ui\game\background); in the Block list, search the image '2', export it, and... I don't know, edit what you think you have to edit, because I really don't understand what your problem is, if you want to change the image size from 2048x1024 to 1920x1080, you'll have to hex-edit this file

The problem is with the hex edited file by ariel. It is double(2048x1024) the size of fifa's default resolution(1024x512). So it doesnt fits your screen.
