Great effort Outsider! i was hoping for a tool like this; any chance that this very tool can import new kits (gk, third, etc). I know this has to do with the database but it would be really great to have this features.

New kits and db reading (with new teams) will be available in the next release (don't know why) ;)

The program fully works on 64bit systems because it has been designed for them...

some answers!

Hi guys!

First of all, I thank all of you who have downloaded and tried my work.

I apologize for my broken English...
despite this, I hope to help you to solve at least some
of the problems that you have encountered.

A premise: it has become difficult to build a program that works
correctly on all architectures (32/64 bit) and operating systems.
Is even harder prevent errors that may occur because of the dozens
of anti-virus programs that limit (and in some cases completely inhibiting)
access to files and folders in the (so-called) system paths...
It could do this a professional and... sorry but, I'm not!

You will solve most of the problems, if you run the software with
administrator privileges (@Raindog42, @Inieto).
I would say that this procedure has become essential to run succesfully
almost all of the utility programs of the fifaweb: obviously,
first, you must control exe files with a good antivirus program!

@BFK
@ramos25
I think your problems are originated from the fact that the program fails to
read/write files in some folders. You may verify that the paths where
you get the errors are not write-protected (all fifa files must not be "read-only").

@tobi_KKS
@Relo4ded11
In theory, the KitManager can already work with database modified...
(I do that, and in Italian it would not be so hard to explain how!!)
Of course we must ensure that the program will access tables
("teams" and "teamkits" ) extracted from this new database
in place of those that are dealt.
I'm working hard to build some vb routines that allow me to interface
directly to the database currently installed in the game,
so you can easily add the missing kits and install
those of the new teams added.
I hope it will be ready for the end of next January!

@john_macerone
This little program runs perfectly on Seven 64bit!
Someone have experienced problems with Vista64...
As I explained about the Regenerator, unfortunately,
I haven't any direct way to test on this platform, sorry!

@HSVBalti
it would be awesome if you'd enable to import more than 4 kits[\quote]
You should be able to do ...
if you continue to experience this error, please describe it better,
so I can find a solution or fix the error in a future release. Thank you!

Well, I hope at least to have been of help to someone.

I wish you all the best for Christmas.
now I go to rehearse with the children's choir
that i have the good fortune of directing! It's great!

See you in the new year! :biggrinx:

Love the Kit Manager. The GUI and features are user friendly. However, I can't look on how to locate non-original team. For examples in my fifa_ng_db.db, I have added about 36 new team for the malaysia league and aff suzuki cup patch.
Is there anyway that I can see/preview the kits for all that non-original fifa11 team with your tools?
Tips or howto are welcome.

BTW, I use this Kit manager in Vista 64 bit. It is working fine as long as we run as administrator. How? Find where you extract the file to. In my case, i put it in FIFA 11 folder.
Select the Fifa11 i68KitManager 1.1.0.exe file. Right clicked the mouse and pick Run As Administrator (2nd line of the pop-up menu). That is all to it.

the problem is the regeneration loads from c:fifa11 and the kit manager loads from c:fifa11/demo,
so how can I get it to read from the correct folder, as I assume it does it automatically, when it would be better if we could direct it to the correct folder ourselves.

edit: got it to read from correct folder by deleting fifa demo, and the program asked to locate the folder which I did, but still get the unable to complete work error
