In order to make local edits working we have to extract and REMOVE
eng_us.db from both two bigs (patch_data.big and local.big) and put it
in the usual data\loc path. ;)

How do we REMOVE the eng_us.db file??? Im guessing you mean delete?
I have an edited database which worked before the patch, i dont know why we need to EXTRACT the eng_us.db file from those .big files now, what would i do with them? Ive already edited my db and those files are still in the local directory. Surely we just have to REMOVE those db files so it uses the ones in the local directory?? But using file explorer there is no delete option. And the two .big files did you mean the 'data_patch.big' from the fifa 15 folder and the local.big from fifa15/data/loc

Yes I know.

But after the patch...
you need to extract the new eng_us.db and place it in the local dir.
Then you have to phisically delete this file from patch_data.big
otherwise the game will read this copy and your editings will be ignored.

Can U Example When I Must Use Installer Panel ?

Im Not Sure What Difference Regenerate Panel...

The regenerator is used when you put files manually on their respective folders.

The installer is used, for example, when you want to replace a generic kit for a specific one... Imagine you have an rx3 kitpack for the National Teams that are generic by default on the game; You click on the installer, select the rx3 files, then click again and the tool automatically puts the files on the correct folders and removes the references to the default ones so the game will load them from the folders and not the from the .big files

Very strange thing with me, when I regenerate with this tool, the generic EA boots get screwed up textures; the classic kits are replaced with home kit textures and the weirdest: keepers do not move during penalties, neither my nor the AI. Has anybody else got this? I am running and Origin version of FIFA 15

I think you have done some editing errors... ;)
Also, maybe a wrong database...

First, try to regenerate with the option "editing disabled"
The game will be launched as "original".

Then delete the bulgarian kits.
Reinstall the tattos patch (remember that you need the revolution mod
installed) and re-launch the game.

At the end, reinstall your bulgarian kits...
and try to play again.

OK, I did what you advised me, now I got proper kits and proper boots, but the keeper problem remains and now the tattoo patch does not work either, I don't know what am I doing wrong... :( any other ideas?

I have a problem with each face, head, hair-, hairlodfile I import. None of them is shown ingame. I'm a Dutch residence, but installed the game through an US server. I don't know wether this could be the problem.

I tried in on both the Dutch and Eng-US database, but on none of them it worked out the way I suspected it to be.

I hope somebody could provide me the answer.

Checklist:
- RM bêta installed
- Files are put in the correct folder: Driver Letter:\Program Files(x86)\Origin Games\FIFA 15
- I run the i68 Controller as Administrator on Windows 8.1

there is a bit of confusion ...
The replacement of a specific face, already existing, involve the adjustment of the indices of the game. This is done automatically by the installer or, in the case of a manual installation of the file, with the regenerator.
The addition of a specific face that does not exist in the original version of the game, requiring the use of the revolution mod (properly installed) and does not require the regeneration of the indices (so no error can be caused by the controller). The installation can be performed with the installer, for convenience and to avoid errors in the manual positioning of the files.
You write that you have properly placed your files in the path ...\ fifa 15: therefore, I assume that you have them put in data\sceneassets\ faces... otherwise the game will never see them.

Regards.

I will be more specific.

I install non-starheads, so I made the faces myself, by using the installer. This doesn't work. Also specific faces, also known as starheads, for which I make texture updates, aren't ingame when I install them using the installer.

The installer puts them into the right folders.

i.e. I updated Valbuena's texture and install this by using the installer. This doesn't work the way it should be.

i.e. I made some textures for other faces and generated .rx3-files for them. Those aren't shown ingame as well.

EDIT: It seems that I have found the problem and the solution. I don't need to install the own-made faces through your installer, but just put the files in the folders. Sorry for being inconvenient and such a dumbass :)!

The installer actually takes care of everything for you, even creating folders if you don't have them already on your game path... I've already mentioned this here but, make sure you're not running the controller with origin open or logged in or the icontroller won't be able to perform it's job properly which could lead to references not getting removed from the big header files, which means files won't get loaded by the game from the folders...

I've never had consoles and I don't know that world!

From what I was able to understand reading here and there, it should be a problem of little / big endiannes (the mode used to interpret the bytes making up a given word When Those bytes are stored in computer memory - wiky)
therefore, in theory. is certainly possible to realize a converter.

Of course it takes skill and a lot of time, personally I'm not interested.
I'm sorry. :)
