Hi, I can't seem to get any of the vanarama teams available, I've tried every method I can think of to fix it. I have the other leagues and I have Wrexham in ROW but nothing else, any advice?

I know that Suriname is CONCACAF, but to balance out number of group members, I placed them in CONMEBOL (that and the fact that they're in South America geographically). As for Falkland Islands, were they a FIFA member, they would be surely in CONMEBOL due to their proximity with Argentina,

For World Cup Qualifications there's no groups, only the 10 members playing each other Home & Away.
For Copa America usually 2 outside countries are invited, but you could configure for 2 groups of 5 teams, with top 2 teams on each group advancing for semifinals.

Putting 2 countries that are not members of CONCACAF will completely mischaracterize the experience, specially for players from these countries, like myself.

I know, but I would like to add in some non-FIFA members to give all those who play the mod a more dynamic experience, and CONCACAF was perfectly balanced out at 16 members after the voting on the server, so I had no continent to add the Falkland Islands in other than CONMEBOL. I moved Suriname in with CONMEBOL to make it from 11 members to 12.
