Importing Heads through Frosty and updating DB through RDBM

I have a quick question (very sorry if it has already been asked but I couldn't see it).
I'm updating lots of face models using Frosty and RDBM to assist.
My question is, is it possible to add a real face to a created player, I've tried it and the hair works but the faces stay generic. I update the ID and change the settings either side (1's and 0's). Am I missing something or is it not possible?
