Importing kits using CM08

Hi everyone ! This is my first post..hope this post might help sumone !
I tried importing Germany euro 2012 away kit (green shirt) in FIFA08 using the CM08.
I had problems importing minikits of right size in CM08. Finally wat i did was i found a similar kit (Real Betis) from this site and successfully imported.
You don't see minikits during the game so it wont matter.
But i am still confused why is it that so ...

Well maybe your minikit is positioned wrongly at the time that you edited, look at a standard play minikit, make editing the new mini kit with the base of the original game minikit.
Might have been why did not you used the regenerator or Fifa FAT.
