    I'm done, guys. This is my last modifications for this game. The lighting is just something I can't work around. It pisses me off that I can't do what I want. In order to apply some noise and wear effects in both colors on the pitch (dark green and light green) I have to make some changes in colors, otherwise, the result just get's weird. At least for me, just applying noise wouldn't have a nice result. And that's where the game's lighting gets weird, so I couldn't edit it as I wanted.

    Example of glitching lighting:

    Anyway...for this last version I went nuts and increased the textures resolution. I didn't face any frame drops. I hope it runs smooth for you guys as well. This is what I got: (There are two versions)

    Default
    [IMG]

    Modded V2 UHQ (Increased Color Brightness and added noise and wear effects)
    [IMG]

    Modded V2 UHQ - Clean (This is an alternative version, in case you face any lighting glitches and wanna try something else: (no change in colors, thus less wear effects)

    There is no common, just keep clicking the pitch links.

    Where will you import the "pitch_color_dirt" and other 3 textures then?

    And there is "Common". How else you're gonna get the grass textures? Did you even installed the mod?

    Edit: Also, @AmazR your Grass Normal map texture is broken. I can't import it through CG File Explorer. And when I try to open it with photoshop, I get error.

    Other dds files [lioke wear pattern/ noise etc] are working just fine and they are openable on photoshop too. Could you check if the texture somehow got messed up?

    Yeah, I thought the paths would be the same as in Frosty Editor - since I don't use CGFE -, but it doesn't look like so.

    Nice job pointing out the path, Sami. Thanks.

    You're welcome.

    The grass normal map texture is broken though. Could you reupload a working one?

    Yeah, I was the first one to install it and supplied the path on page 2. And no, there was no content tab, and I got it installed.

    Maybe it's because of the file's size. I haven't been able to test it in game to see if the results are the same, but try this one:

    http://www.mediafire.com/file/uyh1q01epwv2c8z/pitch_grass_normal_1.dds/file

    If it works, I'll update the zip files later. Let me know how it goes.

    All I'm trying to say is that "Common" folder did exist, even on cg fe and that other dude was looking for "common" folder.

    And the one you downloaded wasn't even version 2 [The recently uploaded one], so definitely the files were missing and you didn't know.

    Okay thanks. That's all good to know. I just thought someone was trying to import the same files I imported, and there is definitely no "common" tab in that path.

    I made a video showing the difference between 3 goalnets. My favourite one, is the second one. It looks like the default one, but the animations lasts longer, and it bounces off the ball in a more realistic way. Watch carefully.

    DEFAULT
    SOCCERNET_BOX_DEEP_LOOSE_4_SUPPORTS=1
    SOCCERNET_BOX_NORMAL_TENSE_4_SUPPORTS=1

    GoalNet depth was set to 170

    la mod di profondità e voltaggio è compatibile con quella online?
    [QUOTE = "AmazR, post: 6506853, membro: 209663"] Ho realizzato un video che mostra la differenza tra 3 goalnets. Il mio preferito, è il secondo. Assomiglia a quello predefinito, ma le animazioni durano più a lungo e rimbalzano sulla palla in un modo più realistico. Guarda attentamente.

    PREDEFINITO
    SOCCERNET_BOX_DEEP_LOOSE_4_SUPPORTS = 1
    SOCCERNET_BOX_NORMAL_TENSE_4_SUPPORTS = 1

    La profondità di GoalNet è stata impostata su 170

    Good job with this and well done for making FIFA better :)

    I personally prefer the second one.

    I haven't tested it online yet, but I guess it should work. I'll try to play some online matches later, just to be sure.

    Nice work mate.
    Haven't had the chance to download and try your work myself beacuse I don't play FIFA anymore. Tired of its annoyances.
    But I'm glad someone else has had the heart to work on turfs. I think they are very necessary in order to make a football game (whether it's PES or FIFA) a lot more immersive and realistic. But no one else seems to pay much attention to the ONE thing you're looking at the most when you play: THE PITCH.
    That's why I provided my own textures (more than 30) in my GFX MOD download. So people could test, try and experience for themselves. Happy you are! :D

    Unfortunately though, I see your facing the same issues as me: The lighting (specially day lighting in overcast weather, with moving clouds). The volumetric lighting has really messed things up. And also... there's no way to play around with the colors (intensity of greens, or yellow tones) unless you use Reshade. That's fucked up as well.

    If FIFA 19 is good enough, as I hope it will be, I will definitely work on pitch textures for it and I hope I see you there!
