Installing custom adboards

Hello all,

What is the best way to install custom adboards in FIFA 16? I want to replace the default West Ham adboards (In the past I would have used creation master, however I’m not sure if this works)

is it possible to replace the default adboards using the Revolution mod?

Any guidance on how to do this would be appreciated
