I can't believe how they are overhyping the iPhone 5 just because it has a larger screen and a "totally new LIGHTENING plug!!!!!". WTF? It now has LTE and a larger screen, something that competitors has had since more than 1 year. There is no innovation at all. Apple is just catching up their competitors. If Apple was a South Korean or Taiwanese company, the iPhone 5 wouldn't be anywhere near the top 5 phones at the moment. It is overrated because it is a US product.

I think it will be ridiculously reduced on appeal, but yeah this is all about revenge. Also, Apple is going to keep pulling this ****, so this horrible litigation one-ups-manship is just going to continue until laws change.

My friend who has had Iphone since it came out said that the best thing he liked about Iphone 5 was 4G LTE and that's not even because of Iphone... He just likes the speed and he said that he would have bailed on Iphone a while ago if he would have know that the speed makes so much difference!

Girl I talked to last night was like "I don't have a phone, I've been waiting for the Iphone5". I showed her my SGSII and was like "this is better than the Iphone5, and the SGSIII came out like 6 months ago". She was like "I know. But I just want an Iphone". Whatever man.
None of us are putting these phones through the paces. Some people want D&G jeans and some people will wear a much better fitting and better made and cheaper pair of Levis raw selvedge. Girls are much more about fashion while guys are more about "style" (very different). Style doesn't look old, it looks timeless. I'm not sure this really applies to phones, but the Iphone is a bad purchase is what I'm saying.

I agree with ShiftyPowers iphone 5 is just another overpriced phone if you ask me i rather just buy a nokia simply because its cheap,durable and pretty much all things i need is there i mean you can call and text plus i dont have to worry if it gets broken i can just throw it around while when it come to apps well i rather just play video games on xbox360

^^You know, I used to think just like you. Until I finally did get a smartphone. Then I discovered having easy access to internet everywhere you go, comes in more handy than you might think at first. In fact I use my phone now more as sort of a small computer that happens to be able to make calls too and I don't regret switching one moment.
Personally I'm quite satisfied with my iPhone 4s and I don't see why I should replace that one for the 5. Spectacular changes haven't been made in my opinion and the 4s is only a few months old now.
Before the 4s I had several Androidphones but I prefer Apple and specially after the upgrade to iOS 6
