usenet is a warez site, so this is probably true given it should be released this week, there is plenty opportunity for a retail copy to go 'missing' in transit

ok, just to clarify it is out on Warez.

It isn't coming to North America anytime soon so it doesn't leave me an option personally, but I will certainly buy WE9.
