I am planning to do so (if no one's making it before I start with it). I'm now busy with making some lower tiers for the Dutch league system. After that I want to make New Zealand Championship, J-League Divisions 1&2 and a Chinese League... but how quick it goes will depend on the support I get from kitmakers (I'm not particulary good at kits...).

Wait for the CEP release, it will contain plenty of them (maybe nog in .cmp, but perhaps you can install the patch as a basis and install other .cmp on top of it, if needed (Y))
