I went to a Fulham game a couple of years ago. Guess who scored the only and winning goal for the home side.

Jimmy Bullard looks like if Column decided to dedicate his life to playing football at the age of 10.

He's really skilled too and has a great eye for long range top goals.

I'd like to see Capello take him to the World Cup. God only knows what he'll get up to over there. At least he would make sure that everyone has a laugh.

Apart from his mad sense of humour, he also has the desire and the skills needed. He is a deadly finisher and has no fear whatsoever.

We've not had a funnier guy in the league since Gazza, so I would welcome him into the England fold without a problem.

He's another one of those tremendously skilled players that's had tough luck with injuries. I'm with you on that Pede, he'd be an awesome addition to the England squad.

Teaching how to score a goal.
and people are enjoying it!

Phil Brown did this last season, and Hull players are doing the same thing.

Much like Darren Bent I wish they didn't play for the clubs they play for. Fulham was such a great team for Bullard, oh well.

Would certainly not object to him going the World Cup at all, would be great to see him on the world stage.

I do wonder why he went to Hull. I dunno if he deserves to be at the World Cup based on skill, but if luck goes his way he could be there, and I'd love to see him pull one of these moments at the World Cup.

I really like this player. When I saw the goal on TV the announcers said it had something to do with a former manager lecturing the team? Anyone know?

Phil Brown made the Hull team sit on the field when he was giving the half time speech in a game last year when they were 4-0 down, and he was waving his finger at the players while he lectured them, this celebration was a play on that incident

After I finished breaking a bunch of **** because of blowing another 2 points, I did chuckle a little bit at the celebration. I wonder what Brown said to him in the locker room after the match (H)

Edit: Bullard celebrated by imitating Brown's infamous half-time team-talk at Eastlands last season, gathering the Hull players around him on the floor and pretending to lecture them.

Brown insists he did find it amusing, saying: "It was first class, well planned, well thought out and choreographed by a real character of the game.

"If it has laid the ghost of Eastlands last year then so be it."

Guess he enjoyed it as well.

Apparently he was carried off the pitch today "in tears" after being injured. Other knee this time.

Unlucky bastard, some people's bodies just seem to work against them. :(
