most diet pills are bad for you.just go to the doctor and see what he thinks first.or limit your amount of calories you eat each day.like eat about 1,500 calories a day then excersise to burn them off

Im just wondering, you guys who says that you Jog like 6 days a week

How old are you ?
I'm fifteen and I feel in quite good shape except that I now have a cold...I don't really see the point in jogging som much

i'm 15 almost 16 and i've been running 6 days a week for a while now (since last june) and i've seen great results.legs are toned and musceled and it really helps on the field.i also lift weights every other day and that helps to

I lift weights but the running I'll do in regular training since I have 5 practices a week not including matches

i think you should jog at least a little bit so you can have stamina and you'll be able to keep up during the regular season,but thats just me.you can do whatever you want but thats what i suggest

I don't recommend steroids or those fancy pills. 4 years ago, I suck at long distance running but the year after, I trained and I'm now a long distance speed demon of my class now. :evil:

Also the Big Bouncy Ball, real big ball, which you work on your abdominal area your Corea, your foundation, i do them once in a while, so my back won't fvck up on me either.
