Sure, you must have a base template like this

Next you must create a new layer and make some stripes with the pen tool, next make that layer in multiply mode, you must find the right way you can use these template to make the lines

Do the same with the shorts

You must put in the tourtamet too, i don't use FIFA 15 , I use 14 but i know that yu must put in the league section and put the tame in the tourtament section with CM15, the tourtament is the one that have the cup
