You dont need to be psychic, there is a forum for your discussions. I dont see why you need to bring it here to a thread that starts about Fifa WC2006 and how thrilled the guy is about it. How does the PES v Fifa arguement contribute to the thread starter? Tell him if your as thrilled as he is or not. But if I want to waste my time listening to the kiddies argue, I know where to click....

Threads either stagnate and die or evolve. This one is evolving. Deal with it or change it back. No one is stopping anyone from bringing the thread back on topic. The reason it's not on topic is that no one chooses to post on-topic. The reason no one is posting on-topic is that the original topic "Just bought the game, wow" is vacuous, sycophantic and a complete waste of everyone's time. After all, we wouldn't be here if we didn't enjoy the game. Maybe I'm crazy, but I just don't see how 'discussing how great the game is' is a worthy topic for intelligent debate.

Well I must confess I play both Fifa and WE and I love them both the same. I think 2006 Fifa World Cup is one of the better versions of Fifa that I've played.

Oh, I have a question. In the 360 version, does FIFA WC 2006 have the correct kits for S. American nation (in particularly Peru)? Thanks for the answers!

Only Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela and Paraguay have fully licensed kits. The rest have "default" kits, some of them are very crappy and don't realistic as Chile, Uruguay and Bolivia. Colombia and Ecuador are fine.

About Peru, it looks pretty good. Only the "Walon" brand is missing, the rest of the kit is very accurate. And yes, I saw a TV program where the XBox 360 version has the same kits.

EDIT : BTW, i just got the WEndetta Patch for PES5 in PS2. Really good. It doesn't captures the emotion of World Cup, but good enough.

actually argentina's kit is not FULLY licensed, the adidas logo is not in the middle like the others (blame AFA and it's policy)

Nah, it's just a typical error that EA made as usual.

Look at the away kit and then you'll see adidas logo is in the upper middle like the real jersey.

Your correct on those points, but the Fifa V PES is just as pointless to me and I have seen many, many worthless posts on it.

Wow. It's amazing how much pretentious drivel you can find in just about any forum. Intelligent debate in a video game forum? Given the average age of most users in this forum you will be hard pressed to achieve this. I think you need to find another outlet for your obviously superior intellect. Kudos though for your use of the words vacuous and sycophantic.
