Proud of the boys, beat by a better team, could have had more luck if Pogba won that penalty right before 2-1 but that's often the way it goes

Would have been insane karma if Suarez did his ACL trying to dive at the end, but it wasn't to be

I should state that I think the referee was right to not award that penalty, and was right to disallow the Neymar goal.

Hands over the shoulders are always 50-50 Pogba brought the ball down quite cleanly too which would have helped his case

Interesting that neymar protested so furiously that goal, there was no doubt in it

Edit: referring to Neymar

Actually the letter of the law for attackers hand balling is very interpretive, the referee could have awarded the goal on the basis of the handball being unintentional, which it clearly was. Nothing states that hand balled goals have to be disallowed if the hand changes the path of the ball, if it is unintentional, but clearly this is is the way it should be. Good refereeing.

I know it's in his heading motion but his hand went towards the ball

He had absolutely no idea or intention of the ball coming into contact with his hand, it is just that the header was poor and the connection not clean, so it hit into his hand and was deflected into the goal. His one and only intention was to head the ball into the goal but he misjudged it. Unintentional, but clearly would not have been a goal if it had not deflected off the hand. Referee could have let it stand, but he rightly decided not to.

Congrats for scoring us a goal anyway.

You had a great season, if you need any money just come see us and I'm sure we can arrange some sort of deal. Perhaps a midfielder, possibly one from Chile.

Proud of the guys. I just expected more from Vidal, Tevez and Pirlo. It's sad that our old guard won't get another shot at it, especially Gigi.

Let's create something out of this loss. Forza Juve!

actual chances were fairly even for both teams ... my point is more about how Buffon's brilliance kept the score down at one end, while Juve's profligacy kept it down at the other ...
