so is Andrade fit for the new season? haven't heard anything of him in a while.

He's training with the club so that's good news. I think he'll be ready for the new season. I also read rumors of a swap of loan deals for keeper Flavio Roma of Monaco. Andrade would get more games to get back in shape and we'd have our backup keeper.

I read an article where his agent said that he won't be leaving Inter for Juve. (Y)

He said that but from what I hear he's close to be a Juve player. :|
Fee would be between 7.5m/10m €, 3 or 4 year contract and about 3m €/year to the player.

If we do get Stankovic we better buy X. Alonso too or hell will break lose.

Why are we even considering getting this guy ? I wouldn't sign him for free, let alone give 10 mil €. Hope to God we sign Xabi Alonso and leave Stankovic at Inter because we're not a second-hand team.

Juventus striker David Trezeguet has announced his retirement from the international game and he has blamed Raymond Domenech for his decision.

The Frenchman was snubbed by Domenech for this summer’s Euro 2008 tournament despite the striker scoring 20 goals last term for Juventus in Serie A.

Trezegol is on pre-season duties with the Bianconeri and he has waved good bye to the international game.

“Domenech stays means that I leave the French national team,” Trezeguet told La Gazzetta Dello Sport.

“The poor Euro 2008 by France and the coach’s choice to stay have led me to take this irreversible decision.

“I have seen a different football to that which they see in France and the Euro’s were so negative.

“However, what makes me angry is Domenech staying on as coach.

“Too many political rather than football decisions are being made and the public opinion is not being respected.”

The Old Lady hit-man then had a few words on his club side and he believes some more players need to come in to make that vital step up.

“We need to win some important trophies this year and we have to make the odd signing in order to make the step up in terms of quality,” concluded the former Monaco player.

Forza Suarez! (ps brotha can you spare a dime?)
Trezeguet is sorta injury prone, so his retirement from the French international team is good news if you're a Juve fan. Less games for him so he'll be in excellent fitness and more importantly, completely devoted to the Juventus cause since he has no more international duties. Thank you Domenech!

1st friendly of the season

Mezzocorona vs Juventus 1-7

Amauri(J), Amauri(J), Amauri(J), Amauri(J), Amauri(J), Pasquato(J), Esposito(J), D'Acampo(M).

It's a Serie C2 team and they didn't even start training officially yet but still nice to see Amauri net 5. Ekdal was good also.

he's exactly the same profile as Momo, nothing on the creative part either, and I'll bet the price will be pretty big.

so why?

Because they don't have a f*cking clue. :( Another signing, another waste of money.

Juve is going down the drain with these people at the head.

apparently Andrade injured his same knee again! :O:O:O

looks like it's over for good now. :(

Sucks for Andrade, poor guy. As for the signing of Poulsen, I just find it mind-boggling that Secco went and signed another back-up player for the club. We need quality players, not bench warmers. I honestly believe Secco is an Inter fan or something, because the moves he makes in the market are just terrible. Sooner or later he might just make Juventus self-destruct. This guy is an embarrassment along with the rest of Juve's management.

wow what a start by amauri!!! that is phenomenal

reports out of italy are that tiago and almiron will be sold.... i for some reason see poulsen and xabi both coming if this happens...

on other news calciomercato has released an article i can not understand properly.... i understand italian but its wierd the wording...

saying the following
_____________________________________________________________

to me it sounds liek these guys even juve havent somehow made up enuff time to back up these accusations and defend themselves... or is it saying something different? italian helpers please!!!
