yea they r...here the article

Lazio and Fiorentina have been reinstated to Serie A but Juventus remain in Serie B following their appeals against the sanctions imposed on them as a result of the match-fixing scandal.

The Rome and Florence outfits were originally relegated to Serie B and docked seven and 12 points respectively for the new season, but they returned to the top flight following an announcement by federal court president Piero Sandulli on Tuesday night.

Fiorentina will start the new season with a 19-point deduction, while Lazio will start with an 11-point deficit.

Juventus, the club hardest hit for breaking Italian Football Federation (FIGC) rules, remain in Serie B but have had their 30-point deduction reduced to 17.

But AC Milan, who avoided relegation under the original verdict, have seen their 15-point penalty for next season reduced to eight.

Court confirm Juve drop, Lazio and Viola reprieve

ROME, July 25 (Reuters) - An appeals court confirmed on Tuesday that Juventus will play in Italy's second division Serie B next season but reduced the penalty points imposed on the soccer club for their involvement in a match-fixing scandal from -30 points to -17.

The court overturned a sports tribunal's decision to relegate Fiorentina and Lazio, allowing them stay in the top flight Serie A league next season but with penalty points. Fiorentina will start the new season with -19 points and Lazio with -11 points.

Initial reports suggest that AC Milan have been reinstated in the UEFA Champions League.

The relegation of Juventus to Serie B for their role in a match-fixing scandal was confirmed by an Italian soccer appeal court on Tuesday but Lazio and Fiorentina received a reprieve and will stay in Serie A.

AC Milan will also remain in the top flight as decided previously with a smaller number of points deducted - minus eight rather than minus 15. They will also be entered for the third qualifying round of the Champions League.

Juve did receive some clemency with the appeals court reducing the penalty points they start next season with from minus 30 to minus 17.

The decision to revoke the last two Italian league titles won by Juventus in 2005 and 2006 was confirmed by the appeals court although no decision has yet been made on who will be declared champions for those two seasons.

While not the kind of change the Turin club had hoped for the reduction does give them a chance to push for promotion back to the top flight Serie A next season.

The court overturned a tribunal's decision to relegate Fiorentina and Lazio, allowing them to stay in Serie A next season but with a heavy penalty.

Fiorentina will start the new season with minus 19 points and Lazio with minus 11 points.

AC Milan's penalty points for next season were reduced from minus 15 to minus 8 and the retrospective punishment on last season's points tally was reduced from minus 44 to minus 30.

Italy's two teams automatically entered in the Champions League next season will be Inter Milan and AS Roma.

Milan and Chievo Verona will play in the qualification round.

The only good thing that comes of this for me is that Mutu and Lobont are back in top flight football (Y).

Will Milan be seeded in the 3rd round draw?
