it'se very-very easy pal! actually, I know how to assign a movie to a competition, not to a team. and that's thanks to Stadium Server. just download it from Fifa Infinity and if you follow the instructions, it's a piece of cake. I'll help you in any way you want

For example, I have MoviesGBD folder that has inside a UEFA Champions League folder. In settings.ini the Champions League has number 117. If I want to add a video for the Serie A competition or for the Euro, what number should I use? I've been using for a while Stadium Server but have no clue of adding videos to a competitions, just for teams.

of course I did, they are great! the only you should do is place the POW.vp6 files in the correct folders. in the "MoviesGBD\UEFA Euro 2016" path you should have 2 folders, in this order:

MoviesGBD
-UEFA Euro 2016
--movies ---> this is where vp6 is located
--ui
---nav
----careermode --> here you must have a file named "playmatchflow"

after you have these in order, you just alt+tab to Stadium Server after the kit selection menu and click "Comp Movie". and that's all!
of course I assume you have File Loader installed, cause its obligatory to be installed so that Stadium Server works
