That's the lining around the boot (where the boot meets the socks) I made the tongue of the boot 'seamless'. Look at the O-edit screen a page or so back.

We had a problem on the board and lost 24 hours worth of posts. There may be some functionality lost for a little while as well. I can't help with the Vista/O-edit issue, sorry.
