Open cm.....select stadium....select model......there will be lyk 150-200 images.....search the "seat" pic and replace it with his "seat"

i also cannot import by using cm12 but i imported it using rx3 master/texture editor. Sometime u need to resize the texture because some of the stadium have different size for diferrent condition.
