Keyboard Not Working

I am having a problem with keyboard in Fifa 13.I cant play with it.Whatever control options i select,it doesnt respond.I changed buttons,still nothing.The only thing that happens is that when I press the arrow keys,the mentality,tactics etc appear.no matter what,the keys dont change.What to do ?

I had that problem too, have you saved it as an custom configuration?
If that doesn't work, try edit buttondatasetup.ini in Documents/FIFA 13.
