i think it can be a problem with vertex colors, im not sure
in blender, try to delete col0 and col1 and add them again with autopaint function

Another issue..
After editing... Ready to use in FIFA 14..(inside blender)

But when I check the output it reverts back to original model.. Neck fix reverts and collides with kit,...

I quit..
Wasted hour on this..

That is really weird... never saw blender reverting your work...

First I thought I put the wrong files to thefolder.. Then I again got confused.. Totally done same thing 5 times..
By the way, reflection bug was solved. But this new one demotivated me..

If it comes to neck problem only. Did you maybe try to convert head to FIFA 21 (Switch) model and then back to FIFA 14 using tokke's tool? Maybe it would help to fix, at least a little.
