You can do both using CM (Creation Master 16) mate. Or using lua files of Revolution Mod. The choise is yours, but people find it easier using CM

You can download Revolution Mod and have a look at it's prospectives. It's an amazing mod! Get it, read the readme files and hit me via pm if you need specific help

Just tell me how to change collar and (optional) change font color in Revolution Mod
I know i can do it in CM16 but when i save i don't see changes in FIFA 16
