Short sleeves are compatible with FIFA 22. For fifa 14 you would have to rework them a bit.

I think the best solution would be to remove the special characters from "playerjerseyname" and replace them with normal letters. Another option is to look for this font with the characters in it that are missing here, but I don't think you will find one anywhere.
