Font experts, do you think Kappa comissioned the same font for BVB 09-10 kits as Nike did for their World Cup 2006 kits?

I also tried searching for it all over the internet but never found (for free), any chance someone might have it (or similar)?

Or, what seems more likely, BVB just continued using their 07-08 Nike's fonts and numbers even on Kappa's 09-10 juts:

The best info I found is that it was created by MADType (Mathew Aaron Desmond) and is referred to as "Nike World Cup"
