<Kits Forum> All Users Read

All posts related to kits must now be posted in the new FIFA 2003 Kit Forum. We will move any kit related posts that are posted in this forum.

To stop the work of kitmakers from being lost in the busy fifa2003 forum we have made a FIFA2003 Kits forum. After looking over the rules and talked to allot of kitmakers i have changed the rules a bit for the better.........i hope.

1.Each kit maker will have ONE (1) index post within each index thread. This is so kitmakers wont have to post a whole long list everytime they post kits.

2. Kit makers can choose when to post the info for there kits:
They may post in the index as they post kits (by just editing the 1 post.

OR
After kits have been posted in fives (5 kits ,10 kits, 15 kits, etc)

3. Posting format

Country:
France

Author(s): (you may post more then one other if it is for a site)
Niels Moes, george Hagi, Joris Jonckheer

Teams:
Auxerre: away (Joris)
Lens: third (Hagi)
Marseille: away (Niels), gk (Niels)
Paris Saint Germain: home (Hagi), away (Hagi)

URL:
SoccergameZ kits: France

put the names of the teams being indexed in the header

Clearification

All kit makers will have one index post in each index.

Teams in England from EPL,DIV 1 and DIV 2 can all be in one index caption:

Teams:
Nottingham forest
Liverpool

You must make a line in between caption boxs only if the teams are from different countrys (rest of europe, Africa,Asia, NA indexs)

You will just edit your one post in the index.

___________________________________________________
Other stuff

We know it will behard for people to not talk in these threads so there is no rule for that BUT please TRY and not fill up the whole thread with more useless talk then kits. Whats harder then posting some info in the index is searching for kits in a sea of talk. :)

There is NO chatting in the indexs to try and keep it as clean as possible

Please try and keep screenshots to a low there is no longer a rule for a number but please 9 screenshots for one kit is crazy.

well yes Hakeem it does sound a bit confusing but everyone will get it once kit info is posted. :)

Just to clearify teams from the same league division can be put into the same info feild like Liverpool and Arsenal. While Teams from another division or country cant like Notingham forest and Manchester or Celtic and Ajax.

Name: Hakeem
Kits: Home,Away, Third,Goalkeeper
Country: Argentina
Teams: Boca Juniors,Riverplate
URL:

Not allowed:

Name: Hakeem
Kits: Home,
Country: Argentina,England
Teams: Boca Juniors, Liverpool
URL:

Benfica+Ajax+ Liverpool+Arsenal

I also forgot to add that Kitmakers should put the teams that will be indexed in each post in the header. Look above

ok ahmedk... just to make sure I got it right : that means every kit maker should have ONE post in the index thread where he will give a list of all the kits he made for the corresponding league. right ?

but I think that each kit maker should make his list like this:

* Name: Teuv
* Country: Italy
* Teams:
AC Milan: Home, Away, Third, GK
Inter Milan: Home, Away

* Thread:
* Download:

This way, it would be much easier to know exactly what kits were made for each club by each kit maker.

Another suggestion : you should make an index thread for miscellaneous kits (referees or generic gk).

Finally : can you move my thread int he kit makers forum ??? :D ;)
http://www.soccergaming.tv/showthread.php?threadid=60421

Well its still the first day we still have to see how everything goes along but thanks for the suggestion.

Those kits you made are breath takeing the best Inter kits of seen on SG or at least one of the very bestwhy dont you post them so people can load them or give a link.

Well, I don't really like the idea.
To me, it's confusing and I think that there're TOO MUCH rules in this forum.
I don't know why you do this... but I still am confused about all the new stuff and to tell the truth it's annoying... (at least to me).
But hey! I'm a no-one in this forum so I must follow the pattern you create.....

BTW, what happened to my kits thread? where is it?... will it be avaible at FIFA 2003 Kits Thread?

See ya!

I always thought that the managers would do this ,
when i see all the kit threads and i don't thougt
that it would be a good idea , because the
people don't enter to see kits on another
'folder of the server' , they only go to the
FIFA 2003 forum , and if there are many kit's thread
of their interest , they enter. But well , it's your desicion.

I like the idea with less rules , i'm still confused too :(
And the rules are hard. Can't post on the index..
no anymore comments ... much rules ,
i'm

I dont think that it is a wise step.

Why was there a need of all this. There were only about 10 kits thread of various kitmakers so what does SG have problem with it.There are just tooo much boundations here.
I hope managers will think about it.

Lat where is my kits thread GONE??

I think I started a revolution  hehehe!
But I think it's worth that the users express theirselves, so that the mods and admins know about it and maybe change some things too!
I go into other editing forums too and they haven't SO MUCH rules as we have here... and they do not separate the editing threads into other sub-forums....
...
Anyway, it's your forum, you can do whatever you wish with it, but the time is still running and this is getting annoying...

See ya!

Yeah! Who is with FEDE ? Me! ;)

No , talking really , i agree with Fede in all the things he said. I'm confused and it has got much rules . Other forums are not that hard.

All your kit threads are in the kit forum now. The problem was there were to many kit threads over a certain period of time havent you "lost" a kit thread in the main forum Fede??

Anyway this forum is for you guys the kitmakers i have looked over the rules again and how people have reacted and will change some things. However i feel we still need someway of knowing what kits are in every thread.

How would you guys feel if every kit maker had there own index post and everytime they added a new kit in there kit threads they would just edit there post??

Yep, but it was enough just with making a search with the key words of the thread's name and there it is! the post you wanted :)
It wasn't that hard for me;)

hmmm didn't quite understand you :)

See ya!

Read the new rules. :) I think it will be very easy now. And will be more like a help for kitmakers rather then hard rules like it was supposed to be.

I don't understand. It means that will be a section for the kit makers into the for example Spain kits ? so , one kit maker post his spain kits on his thread, other in other... and that ?
