I can't help you. But I very want to thank you for writing your question in the FAQ-thread and not in a kit-thread of anyone. There are so much users that didn't make it so far.
Maybe you could give some more informations - when do you get this message?

Can someone help me? Today I started with the RX3 master program but I got a problem..

Every time i past my new 2048x2048 kit in my FIFA kit folder everything is fine. But when I'm trying to edit the 'backname' and 'number' spots the kit opens like this in FIFA:

Select the appropriate file. In your case, 2048px. Copy it and paste it to the place where you have Creation Master 16 installed. This is exactly: Program Files \ Fifa Master \ Creation Master 16 \ Templates \ data \ sceneassets \ kit \. Replace the existing file as the system prompts. Of course, your location may be different, but do it this way. Now you can edit your 2048px files without losing textures.

thanks, do I have to do this everytime I edit one kit or is is just once ?

If it is set to 2048 each time, you only need to change the file once, but if you edit a file with a different resolution, you need to replace it with the correct one.

I have a similar problem like JochemLFC2 with 1024px kits and 128px logos (like in conversions from FIFA 21). If I edit kit positions in CM the kit logo disappears next time, it changes its resolution zu 256px and the third block (I don't know the name of the purple kit texture in every rx3-file) changes also.
Is there also a solution file for this case? I don't want to change the logo always to a higher resolution; just change kit positions and that's it.

What are the right staps to do it?

Before opening CM past it in the folder and just start editing ? Cuz that doesn't work for me.

These might have been made for PES 2008 if I remember correctly, and definitely for PES 6, so there can be a chance to find them in those textures if you don't mind using them

I have collected from different kitmakers, among others: Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Man Utd, Newcastle kitsets, speaking of EPL 2005-06. So theoretically, only 15 teams are left

Also speaking of 2006, I'm trying to craete a mini RPL project, wonder if anyone might have an idea about this font and numbers used by Lokomotiv in 2006? @makispla2017 maybe you might know? The kit supplier being adidas, it reminds me of WC2006 adidas font style
(also they seem to be a lot like Real Madrid 2004-05 numbers, if not the same)

Thank you! Knew you'd know it Exactly Real madrid 2004-05 numbers. But the font though? I don't think I've seen it when letters like A have uneven lenght of right and left strokes
