Green Fan,
no, you don't need to do anything like that. Upgrade from 5.0.4 to 5.0.6 is very simple: First, keep the KDB folder that you already have. Only replace these files with newer ones: kserv.dll, setup.exe, MANUAL.txt, HISTORY.txt. That's it. No need to do anything else. You don't even need to run setup again - the upgrade is complete.

Thanks Juce for your answer

Thanks BF2.

Where do you find the kits. I know I can get a KDB folder with many kits already, but some kits are still missing and there will be new kits.

Any sites have more kits except WEvolution? thanks

not bad... user-interface could use some more work, as it's not quite as intuitive as it can be. But overall, a good effort.

Its not without its faults either . Only works with png`s , bmp`s not supported . You also need to download some .dll`s to view the images !!! I`ll wait for your version i think .

juce, i have a question that i don't know if it has been answered. I have a team playing with the pb, ga and gb with wide back models and only the pa with the narrow, but the home gk doesn't take the right shape, it assumes the model of the player atributes, when i play with the pb its ok, but when i play with pa, the homeGK (ga) shifts right.

can i fix this?

sorry for the messy question

You cant have 2 different kit models for GK Home and Player Home , one of them will always be screwed up . Same with away , ive tried it .

yes, but even if i have a narrow back for home GK and Player, and wide back for away GK and Player, when i'm playing with the away player kit and the home GK kit, the gk gets messed up :nape:

The in game engine must therfore be only capable of displaying one kit model at a time when you are playing a game . Hopefully soon when the new kitserver kits for the superpatch comes out the kitmakers will make all the kits of a team either wide or narrowback .

Shorts number left/right, no back number... or isnt't is possible with the kit abttrib.cfg?

Thanks on advance

For Juce

thx juce for your job! I have a request for next kitserver:

"COULD YOU insert an option to chose any others renamed PES5.exe because with various patches I use for example differents PES5.exe (modified by me) that use different renamed by me AFS files...So I would like have for example two different kitserver installed (with different KDB folders) in the same PES5 folder for different patch....
It will be very usefull, if i could chose a generic file name and not only PES5.exe for my patches..
EXAMPLE my folder game PES5 is at the moment as down:

PES5.exe
PES5superpatch.exe
DAT folder (0_text.afs,0_sound.afs, I_text.afs,I_sound.afs, 1-TEXT.afs, 1-SOUND.afs, I-TEXT.afs, I-SOUND.afs)

When i run PES5superpatch the exe load the renamed afs file, while if i run PES5.exe the exe load original AFS files...I would like so, have two different kitservers installed for mine different EXE and patches with generic name...

Energia,
you can use any renamed PES5 executable. Just put it into the same folder where PES5.exe is. When you run kitserver setup.exe, choose whatever EXE you want from the drop-down list, and click Install.

yes but in this way the KDB folder is only one for differents patch! for example superpatch have some national team different from original game, and there is a kitserver to correct the only wrong kits of superpatch....

Juce what enegia meant is that kitserver always looks for the default o_text.afs . Some people though run multiple versions of the game by renaming the exe and hex editing it to load differently named 0_text.afs files. For example I have the superpatch and the default version of PES5 in the same folder. The default version's 0_text.afs file is named 1_text.afs. When I try to load PEs5default.exe the game crashes before entering the game. If I use a non hexedited version and rename 1_text.afs to 0_text.afs it works just fine.
