Yes I tried PES6 and kitserver with WINDOWS VISTA X64 ULTIMATE, and it's the same for me...

Gnidrologist,
I'm guessing, there isn't even a log-file available, as it probably crashes right away. Still, if there's one can you send it to me (use "debug = 1" as the first line in kload.cfg and kserv.cfg, and the kitserver should create a PES6.log file in kitserver folder)

perhaps you have some sort of anti-virus or anti-spyware installed, which recognizes that kitserver modifies PES6.exe executable and loads its DLLs into the process address space. If so, there may be a setting in that software to mark kitserver as a "safe" application.

Thank's for trying to help. :)
I doubt it's my antivirus who's messing with kitserver (i'm using Nod32) and I don't use any antispyware software. I've been trying to launch Pes with antivirus disabled, so probably, it is not the source of problem.
Anyway, I made the log file as you recomended. Where should I send it? It's rather lenghty so posting it here would be inconvinient.

looking at the log, you've got quite a huge collection of faces. Other than that i don't see anything in the log that would immediately suggest the source of the problem...

My first suggestion is to try without faces. (For example, you can temporarily rename the "faces" folder in GDB to "faces1" - to hide it from kitserver). Obviously, if it still crashes, then the problem is located somewhere else... but it will have to be this sort of try and error thing. If it works without faces, then you'll have to find one face that kills it :) When exactly does the crash occur?
