Really don't like Vertonghen. And the problem is sure not in the work but in the PHOTO you've chosen for basis. As to me Vertonghen should look like this:

3/4 - very good. But in front something really wrong with eyes - at least try to align them and make them the same and center the pupils. And only after that try to catch specific expression.
