Thanks for the comments guys....can someone please tell me how to change the position of the model with respect to the eyes ( not eyes w.r.t model ) in blender....i keep trying different ways but nothing seems to be saved......PLEASE HELP ME!

sorry mate....the textures are all right actually.....i have taken only high res pics for making the textures....problem is ...my graphic card ain't that good....so if i play a match with rainy or snowy weather it decreases the clarity of the faces.....only fellaini and baines have low res pics among all these faces....thanks to all for the comments
