Model is good and also nice hair but why you post face with generic texture, make texture then put it on model and show your result, but now ... I see some similarity with him but without texture it's really poor face.

has anyone been able to make a fifa template of facegen...i have the software and it is quite convenient...i was trying it right now and it is very easy to make models and textures....please somebody ...anybody...make a template for fifa

Sorry man but it's stupid question watch tutorials on youtube for example there are many of them in the Internet. Take made texture of a player - for example I remember Khan made a good Casillas with beard or maybe someone's others (better with beard because your player has a beard take Leon's good HQ picture and put it on a texture than erase edges, use stamp tool, make "levels" etc fit nose, lips and eyes to his head) look tutorials.
