Couple of more suggestions ...
1. Can you please remove that pimple/zit on the top side of his lip? It's quite annoying.
2. Can you make his eyes (iris color) darker? And also shorten the eye brow length?
3. Can you please finally change the skin color a little? It looks a bit too yellow. Like make it more tan-ish.
