No problem, i made it ^^ It's not very good but it's satisfactory.
I use facegen modeller with a good photo => give a face (i name this : face A)
I use a player's face which looks like player i want to model (face
I use photoshop (i paste face A on face B so that to have a beautiful face) => face C

For finish, i use head/hair/hairlod generic + face C
It's enough quick and efficient.
You made your faces a little like this :/
