guys, my bootpack can't be extracted by my version of WinRAR. it keeps saying "No archives found". can anyone tell me how to resolve this?

Anyone know if its possible to increase the number of players u can select custom boots for? Is 12 the absolute limit, or can the next version maybe do more?
