Try Kevin McNaughton of Aberdeen. He's right footed, but he was my long term replacement at left-back for Silvestre at Man United, and it never seemed to work against him

Babayaro is top class if you want your full backs to get forward. Ijah Anderson is a good budget option. Bellini and Zauri from Atalanta are both really good either at getting forward or doing the job more traditionally, but a bit dearer.
