At this moment nobody converted face from Fifa 18 to Fifa 14.
We don't know be this is possible.
We must waiting. Next time we need get access for Fifa 18 PC, PS4 or XBOX version.
This versions included Icons.

Why? EA official website says "Ronaldo Nazário. Maradona. Pelé. The Best of the Best are coming to FIFA 18 with FUT ICONS on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC."

Zidane does have a great face in FIFA 18, if converted can be used as a player face.

Fifa 18 XBOX version probably on 99% included icons.
We need get access for Fifa 18 XBOX version files.

I think squad file not included faces for Legends.
This is database? Maybe you try open this with Microsoft Office Excel?
I not have any idea how we can extract them.

We need get access for Fifa 18 PC Icons Edition and export faces files.
In last year Kp41 helped us.

Maybe somebody has Fifa 18 PC Icons Edition and can extracts icons faces files for us?

Next week (Monday?) I try get access for Fifa Online 3 and extract faces for Charlton, Law, Butt, etc.
I'm 99% sure is avalible to convert.

I have Fifa Online 3. Work in Progress.

I found method for open data.big files.
1. Use QuickBms with script uploaded by Aluigi (http://zenhax.com/viewtopic.php?t=1000)
2. Use QuickBms with chunklzx.bms script (I use this last years for faces from XBOX unpacked)

This is results:

Textures format looks like Fifa 11, 12, 13

I founded Figo, Gattuso, Romario, Kluivert, Lalas,

I v worked with fifa online 3 files in the past

latest FO3 files can always be found on this page (requires free account):

Fifa online 3 gets a new major update each year,
Updating to the new season with kits, stadiums, faces, ... From The newest fifa
I think there will come a 2017-18 update in a month

In the past the face formats & game engine changed:
It could be 'hidden' faces still got the old format,
Because they are unused by the game and dont got updated

There are multiple versions of the game,
Korean, Chinese, english
The Korean is the most famous,
And always gets updated first
