Dumb question, but did you save as a project file before exporting to a mod? I've forgotten to save after making changes and the mod won't have those changes in there

No I hadn't saved it so I just did it now I closed then reopened the file and here is a pic of what I have since I only edited the socks (I want larger ankle straps), not knowing how to modify the socks file "ankle_tapes_14" I have to modify the socks, unless you know how to do it? What could be better for me.
Otherwise what should I do now?

You can't edit the size of the socks. Is your mod located at the bottom of the mod manager mod list?

Okay. I put it up and down but it doesn't change a thing. I do not know what to do. If you can give me step-by-step instructions on what to do in case I miss something.

I did 75% or so of them. Then I filled in with Riesscar's stuff. Basically, he did some of them before I started
