a dream come true for me... tomorrow i'm leaving on a week and a half long trip to italy! I know a bit of the language and stuff and i'm traveling to venice, then turin (to see the Juve vs. Roma game) then to Piza and Rome and all that fun stuff!

I know its a bit late to ask... but i was just wondering if anyone here had any tips on visiting the country...

Thanks a lot!

have a good time, never been there, but i've heard the train service is good.

Sounds like silly advice, but if you have the choice between long long car journeys through winding roads or a quick trip on a reliable train service, i'd take the latter.

Wow, a serious post from me.

yeah, thanks for that. i actually am going to take a train most of the time between cities.
I was also wondering, if anyone knows... where i can find some cheap jerseys in italy. i thought i heard somewhere that you can buy fake ones from stores at about 10 euros a piece....

well in Venice buy some corn (i think its corn.. anway it only cost one euro) to feed the pigeons, is kinda childish but is really funny when all of them came close to you for food.

In rome mm in La via del Corso near to Palazzio Chigi there is a little Pizza restaurant, you have to eat that pizza, is the best i have ever eat!!

And also you can buy a lot of fakes jerseys in Pisa, jeje a friend of mine bought Buffon White with red and green jersey..

thats all the advice i can give you, since you wrote this yesterday i really doubt you have the chance to read it... anyway.. good luck!
