If he is not mentally strong enough to deal with that, then that's his problem....not ours. Our problem is when he collects his 20 million EUROS at the end of the year and has ZERO trophies to show for it.....THAT'S WHEN WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH HIM!!!

Maybe YOU have a problem with him but he is not here to win us trophies, he is here to score goals and win us games in order to win trophies and he is doing it very well, and i´m sure that if he had been healthy all the season we have had won the Prem.

We apologize for keeping the yellow too long

Rafa Benitez has told winger Ryan Babel he is free to talk to other clubs about a possible £11million move from Liverpool.

He's only 22......I'm quite disappointed that we decided to give up on him after just 2 seasons.

Are you ****ing kidding me??? ANY ****ING player at Liverpool Football Club is signed SOLELY to help the club win trophies. A trophy-less season IS a disappointment.

Michael Owen scored goals, won games and was healthy but I would consider him a HUGE disappointment.

It's comments like yours that lead to the association of LFC with the term mediocrity. In an attempt to restore this club to the level it once was at, by being satisfied with goals and wins BUT NO TROPHIES, we're setting ourselves for a path down an all too familiar ****ingly dissapointing direction!!!

I need a ****ing break from this dejection!!! It's pathetic and sickens me to my very core.:coffe-anim:

So you´re saying i can say Gerrard was disappointing this season just cuz we didn´t won a trophy??? hell not.
Come on dude are you serious??? Men you can´t say you have a problem with Torres just cuz we did´t won a trophy, it is not his fault he is doing his job and that is to score goals, so the fault goes to all the team and the staff.

and open your mind pal, cuz the only person that associates mediocrity with LFC is yourself or you are gonna tell me a mediocre team would have beaten Man U 4-1, Rmad 4-0 and give that kind of fight against Chelsea in the CL quarters? i think you are just watching the worst part of the picture.

it seems to me that Gerrard or Torres aren't our problems. The thing is we have too many average players who can't raise their game when our "stars" are unavailable. I can't say a word about our players' dedication, but some of them just aren't good enough.

i dont know if this has already been raised in this forum as i havent posted for months, but i would like to draw attention to a certain radio host Steven Cohen. this man is completely anti liverpool, which i do not have a problem with. what i do have a problem with is the absolutely disgusting comments he has made about the hillsborough tragedy. just a few days before the 20th aniversary he was repeating comments he has made before. he said that the deaths of the 96 was the fans own fault. he accused liverpool of turning themselves from the instigators into the victims. personally i find this an outrage and so do many other liverpool fans. a movement has begun and is gaining momentum in getting him off the air. please please please go to http://boycottstevencohen.webs.com to find out the full details of this disgusting man, and to aid in the effort to get him off the air. he has apologised for his comments - but his apology itself was shameful. he did not mention the 96 at all, he only apologised to his viewers. please help in the effort to get him off the air.

he has no idea about what hillsborough means to liverpool, and he has absolutely no facts to back up his opinions. what he is said is absolutely despicable and is a slur on the memory of those who died on that terrible day.

the season's over, we're not signing david villa, we're not selling alonso, we didn't win anything to have a mutual wank fest like the mancs, so yeah, see ya next season....

Its a good thing we're not selling alonso. He is an awesome midfielder and benitez should try everything to get him and masch to stay. they are an integral part of the team.

no activity here for a couple of days, and in the meantime Owen goes and signs for the Manc's. I would post a picture of it but seeing the damn thing was too much of a sickening experience :/

Yeah, I was hoping he'd sign for someone else, but it's not like he had much of a choice.. Man U or Hull? Stoke?

Damn, I grew up loving the guy :(
