LMA Manager 2007 Editor??

I have LMA Manager 2007 for PC and i read an interview with John Jennings saying "On the PC version players can modify the team names though.".

So i entered on the game to see if it was there but the editor was not there .

How i modiy the team names on LMA Manager 2007?
