Longer career mode

I've been wanting to see the 92's generation players retire on my career mode, but its not possible with the 15 seasons. So, I ve been trying to make my CM last more than 15 seasons but I failed in doing so. So I come to this forum asking for help and if there is a way to make career mode longer than 15 seasons.
