thanks Max. If someone doesn't get there work permit and you appeal and fail the appeal and try to sign him a couple of weeks later will it still say he can't get it?

Yeah if it was initially denied, there's zero chance you'll get one after a few weeks. If you really want him you'd have to wait a few years and hope that player has got enough caps to get a WP. It sucks I know.

BTW remember that non-EU players with an EU second nationality don't need a WP.

Really? I always try re-signing and 3/4 times the guys get their permits.... maybe because they get better or more famous?
