Here I'll post my summer updates. First, here are some pics.
Note1: The Manchester City 2011-2012 kit will not be in the final version(unless I decide to include some new kits and get permission to use them), it's just for the screenshots. Thanks to Uzair for it!

Thanks! As you can see, I have changed kit numbers, default starting 11's and captains.
Oh, before I forget: you can suggest me what player's attributes do you want to increase or decrease.
For example: Could you please increase Kyle Walker's sprint speed?

Couple of questions:

How many leagues are you doing?
How do you plan on releasing them? (ie one a time or all at once?)
Any release date in mind? (not asking to rush you or anything, I'm just looking to start a new mm and I'm waiting for a good August Transfers to come out :P)

As far as requests for players, Erik Lamela (Roma, Argentina NT) would be great. He's one of the best Argentinian talents but quite underrated by Fifa 11.

Well, I don't know yet, but probably it's gonna be one by one release. Erik Lamela will be increased then.

OK, some progress update:
-I have combined the CKworkshop's summer update, and corrected some transfers, captainicities, etc. of their work. Also added some players. Currently waiting for permission from them. So, transfers, and rating updates are done(Lamela is 78, is it okay, SinDS?).
-I have asked darkjavo to use some teams from their CEP 11. I would like to add the missing UCL/UEL 2011/2012 teams, of course, with new rosters. So you could play as a powerful Dinamo Zagreb, with new players like Sime Vrsaljko, Milan Badelj, Domagoj Vida, Josip Simunic, or with Shakhtar etc.
-I'd like to include some promoted teams in Russia(Kuban, Volga, Novgorod), Turkey(Samsunspor etc.), England(Wimbledon, Crawley etc.), Spain(Murcia etc.) etc. etc. etc. If someone want to make kits and help me, then please pm me, if you're in.

Okay, instead of waiting for CKworkshop permission, I've made a new DB with the help of my friends. Transfers, and ratings are done. Bit rest, reinstalled Fifa 11, exported UCL/UEL teams from CEP 11, update them, and it's done. Feel free to post if you have any requests, like rating, some kits and faces, I'll contact the authors, and make maybe a V2.

'Til the release, here is a feature list:
-Updated lineups, captains, formations, kit numbers
-Updated a lot of expired loans, and transfers
-Updated player ratings
-Added a lot of youngsters(Danny da Costa, Bernd Leno, Raheem Sterling, Gerard Deulofeu, Ademilson, and a lot more)
-Created transferred players, who were not in-game(like Stefan Savic, Jeremie Aliadiere, Vincent Enyeama)
-Added 2011-2012 UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League teams to Rest of World.

Don't know, my target is today afternoon. I'll just export and update CEP teams. Maybe there will be a V2 release. If I have some supporters with kits, then it's after Fifa 12, but with new teams(RKC Waalwijk, Samsunspor, Real Murcia, Crawley etc.), and the requests. If not, then only with the requests, but earlier.

EDIT: progress update:
-currently I'm facing importing problem with CEP 11. I can continue or quit, when importing my CMP. If I can fix this afternoon, I'll release this patch. If not, then expect a beta version without the CL/EL teams.

Just some quick notes:
-player ratings may be not as accurate, as they should be. It's because ratings are different in CM11, and in-game.
-player ratings are not final.
-I know, Dinamo Zagreb's player ages are not correct, it will get done for V1.
-If you see an incorrect transfer, please write it in this thread.
-The file size is 143 megabytes, I have included the other team's kits, that will get done in V1.

Okay, the time has come. I have began uploading, it should be completed soon.
The beta version contains:
-Transfers, created players, ratings, number, etc., promotions between 1st and 2nd divisions in the 5 top leagues.
-I have fixed my importing problems, so it will contain Dinamo Zagreb with newly created players(Alispahic, Vrsaljko), updated kit numbers, positions, transfers.(not all)

In V1, you can expect the other UCL/UEL teams coming. I aim tomorrow to release.

Installation:
-Extract the folders(db, loc, sceneassets, ui) to your X:\Program Files\FIFA 11\Game\data folder!
-Download the i68 Regenerator 1.6, and regenerate!
-If you have a squads file, delete it, create new profile, in-game reset squads!

RELEASED!

Hello dude. I want to know if that work with fifamania super patch 11. If not, can you only post/upload the cmp just with summer transfers ? Please man, you gonna save me :) Thx a lot and have a nice day
