WTF? Three hours ago you said you liked both teams.

Not the result I wanted, but it was one hell of a match. Very entertaining. Can't wait for the Champions League!

I'm really interested to see how Pep will change this next week.

It was not a best way to start your day :(

Good game, it wasn't meant to be. Hopefully Pep picks the boys up for the Champions League games.

Proud of this team they play with their style every where they go(Y)

enjoyable match, i'm sad for Barca, but congrats to Madrid, it's certainly been a while for them.

Can't wait for the UCL semis.

BTW, a couple of funny things. I saw Venezuela flag among Barca fans and Colombia flag among Real fans. :D

Also, funny to hear Spanish NT chants from Madrid fans. and a Falange flag I saw at the end from one Madrid guy. :biggrinx:

There was also a green laser being shined on Messi's face before he took a freekick. Is there any thing been done about this? There was a similar thing against Evra in the OM-MU UCL tie.

Madrid were all over Barcelona whenever they touched the ball in the first half, but no team has the stamina to keep that up all match. Madrid relaxed in the second half, Barcelona found their rhythm, but just couldn't convert. They certainly weren't at their sharpest, missing more passes than usual and failing to find that breakthrough pass. Casillas MotM for saving Madrid in the second half with some fingertip saves.

This happened last year to Ronaldo at the Camp Nou and the Madrid press went on about cheating. This is the second time it's happened to Messi (happened during his PK last Saturday), but not a peep from the press.

Congrats Madrid! Very entertaining match! Casillas definitely best GK in the world!

Thats what happens when you have 75% possession and waste time "playing beautiful football" and not being able to get through the defense. Even with 1 goal down they didn't change their game a single bit.

Barca is certainly the better team by miles but tactics won today. Well done Real Madrid.
haha, come on Nadiim, you can be a better person than this ... your post just sounds like you hide in the shadows while the greatest and most entertaining team dazzle on their way to title after title, and then, when they come up short at one instance, you scurry out and try to kick them when they are down ...

for the record, playing with a philosophy is not playing void of tactical organization ...

I'm happy for José ... can't wait for the Champions League ...

God, It feels like a loooooong time. Very tense game, specially since the weekend. Very happy we won it. Those missed opportunities in the first half had me on the edge of my seat. Of course, when I saw that cross and then goal by Ronaldo.... man oh! man...

Hala Madrid!! Hala Madrid! Campeones! Campeones!!! :33vff3o::33vff3o:

And after these two matches, I am very much looking forward to the next two in the CL.

lol I give Barca the credit they deserve. As I said in that same post, Barca is the better team by MILES. But Real played with so much discipline today especially at the back. Brave performance from them.
