You cannot let Chelsea play long air balls. They are just too tall and good.
A pitty though Man U played really well so far and if they would have scored the second on that Ashley Cole save the game would have been done.
Chelsea is playing better now though deserved to draw.

Wow, what a game! Very even. The match was played at such a high tempo for the entire match.

from a neutral point of view it was an exiting game... Man U were better in the first half and Chelsea were better in the 2nd. Drogba and Sheva I thought were pretty easy for Ferninand and Vidic to deal with and Carrick had a better game than i thought he would. In the first half Chelsea had just no width thx to the diamond which just doesn't work
Shame we missed those two near open goal chances. Would have seen them off being 2-0 up i feel. Fair score in the end.
Drogba was lucky and he knows it, nodding after the yellow card was given. Tw*t. Vidic took three elbows to the face.
Just hope saha and ronaldo are fit for wednesday, or else it looks like a midfield including richardson and fletcher in midfield with giggs up front.

Carrick really impressed me today, not quite as highlighted as Smudger on Fletch's special day, but he closed down well and made the right tackles. He's finally starting to get composed enough in the center of the pitch, I saw a few situations where Scholes or Gary would play him a short pass and he'd turn past Essien or Ballack with ease and hit his through ball, where he used to just play back to whoever played him the ball. It means that he's letting himself relax and take on the true playmaking role instead of giving the role to someone else.
