download creation master09 tool to add everything released..faces,minis,boots,adboards...etc
after setup this tool,open it
press open/selesct all/fifa09 folder and press ok
choose fifa.db and press ok the choose eng and press ok
wait til the game open
then press on manager's icon
then replace current managers pics with the new ones
then press file/save
go to game and u'll find the new managers
hope that was helpful 4 u
